An after thought... your hookup chart is missing the hookups below based on at least 1 of the paired characters recurring in the show.

Thatcher Grey for Ellis (and Susan Grey for Thatcher).

Hank (the hockey player) and Izzie (1.5, Shake Your Groove Thing).

Joe and Walter (2.9, Thanks For The Memories)

Meredith and Steve (2.10, Much Too Much)

Alex and Ms. Seabury (3.2, I Am A Tree)

Cristina and Colin Marlowe (3.18, Scars and Souvs).

Olivia is implied to have slept with Mark Sloan (4.5, Haunt You Every Day; Nurses Unite Against Mark Sloan).

I need help! To clarify something with George. In the episode where he failed his exam. I believed he failed it on purpose so he wouldn't leave, but my coworker believes he failed it due to stress and worries over Meredith.....which is it? Can you help?

I think that's all a matter of opinion. I don't know that you ever really get a reason for why George failed. Personally, I think he just did badly. It is definitely possible that George failed on purpose, but to fail on purpose he would have to know that he was ruining all his plans to be faithful to Callie. The biggest reason for transferring to Mercy West was so that he wouldn't have to be near Izzie every day. However, his stress over Meredith is also a possibly explanation. For this one, I'm going to have to say it's all a matter of opinion.

I may be completely misled on this but I have always had the impression that George failed because he switched exam papers with Meredith.

I've been waiting for it to be addressed in this current season.
